Shipping Zone:

We offer delivery to most countries. However, please note that due to complex weather conditions and long shipping times, we require a minimum of €85 for delivery to Iceland. If your shipping address is in Iceland, please contact us by email atΒ support@thclight.comΒ before placing your order. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

Free Shipping Policy:

We offer free shipping to all European countries except Iceland. Simply place your order on our website to benefit from this advantage. For non-European regions, please contact our customer service by email to discuss shipping fees.

Please note that shipments to the United States will incur an additional fee of 10 USD, as our warehouse is located in Europe.

Additional Shipping Options:

If you require fast delivery, we also offer an international express shipping service for an additional fee. Please contact us atΒ support@thclight.comΒ if you need this service.

After the customer has paid for fast shipping fees (including fast shipping methods such as Hong Kong EMS, Accelerated Express for small packages), the shipping fees are non-refundable if the goods have already been shipped.

Order Preparation:

Upon receipt of your order information, we will process it. The order preparation time can vary from 7 to 14 working days, with some customized lamps requiring additional preparation time. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a detailed email containing shipping information, including the tracking number and tracking site. During the order preparation phase, we will check stock availability, confirm customization requirements (if any), verify your shipping address, and ensure eligibility for our shipping policy. Once everything is ready, your order will be shipped from our warehouse. Please ensure you provide a detailed shipping address, including the street number, to avoid any shipping delays. If necessary, our customer service will contact you to provide additional information.

Delivery Time:

The mentioned delivery time is an estimate and depends primarily on the shipping time. Please note that delivery times may vary from region to region within the same country, and we continuously strive to improve our service and work with reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery. The following times are estimates under normal circumstances; however, during promotional seasons or holidays, delivery times may be extended as flights and shipments may be affected.

Stock Availability:

Please note that stock levels indicated on our website are based on information we receive from our own warehouse or the manufacturer's warehouse. Stock levels can change quickly, and even if a product is indicated as "In Stock" on our site, this does not guarantee its availability at the time of order. We discourage scheduling an electrician based on the stock levels and delivery times indicated on our site. It is recommended to schedule the electrician once the item has arrived.

Customs Fees and Taxes:

In some cases where the maximum length of a package exceeds 60 cm, tariffs may apply. This possibility is approximately 5%. If tariffs are applied, we will cover 20% of the tariff amount, and the excess will be at your expense. For most shipments to the United States and other European countries, customs duties vary from 0 to €25 per piece. Applicable VAT will be added to your order for deliveries to residents if required by the law in your region.

Compensation for Late Delivery:

We understand the importance of timely delivery and apologize for any delay. In the event of a delayed delivery, we will offer you compensation of 10% of the order price for the delayed goods. We strive to ensure your goods arrive on time and will do our best to rectify any delay.

Refusal to Receive Goods

When the order has been shipped, but the customer cancels the order or refuses to receive it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the product and all shipping fees. If the product cannot be returned to the sender (for example, if the return costs exceed the value of the item), no refund can be obtained.

Incorrect Address

In the event that the package cannot be delivered due to an error in the provided address, and when the package has been returned by the relevant courier service, shipping costs will be recovered from the customer (not according to the table above). The price of the ordered items will be refunded when Thclight has received the ordered items back. Thclight will contact you to inform you when the ordered items have been received.

Availability

We do our best to keep the stock updated on our website. Unfortunately, it is possible that some items on our site are no longer in stock. In this case, the payment will be automatically refunded; your payment return includes a notification indicating that the desired item is no longer in stock.

Product Received Does Not Match the Order

All shipments containing incorrectly received or wrong items must be reported to us within one week after receiving the item. We must be informed by email if the item does not match your order.
We cannot accept claims after one week of receiving the item. In case of delivery of an incorrect item, thclight.com reserves the right to provide the correct product within a maximum of 8 weeks after receiving your email. We will cover all shipping costs for the return of the incorrect item and delivery of the correct product.
If you do not wish for an exchange, the order will be processed as a return and a restocking fee of up to 35% will be charged.
