Circumstances Available for Returns and Refunds
Our return policy is simple. Within 14 days of receiving the item, you may request a return for a refund (excluding our outbound shipping costs), on any light fixture or related product that has not been used, is in its original box, and in resalable condition (excluding certain circumstances described below).
Orders Paid Within 2 Days Support Unconditional Cancellation
You must send us the order number and invoice by email; we will respond and refund the order amount within 24 hours.
Please do not initiate a PayPal dispute or credit card chargeback; we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.
If your order has already been shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. For forced cancellation of the order, you must pay shipping fees.
Please Note:

The returned product must not have been installed or modified in any way.

The returned product must be enclosed in the original box with sufficient packaging material.

The returned product must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return approval from us.

Any shipping costs for returns are at your expense, the customer. (Except for returns of damaged items and returns where the wrong item was received). We will not offer any shipping fees for non-damaged products. There will be color differences and measurement deviations due to manual manufacturing processes, screen resolution ratios, light, and shooting angles. These cannot be avoided. If this concerns you, please do not place an order.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
The following types of items and orders are not eligible for returns and refunds

Light bulbs

Products customized for you (i.e., track lighting unless there is a defect).
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations of large orders of the same product. (We define large orders as 3 or more of the same product). If you are ordering a large quantity of items, we encourage you to order a sample first to ensure it meets your needs.
When returning an item, please ensure it is properly packed. We recommend taking out shipping insurance. We cannot refund any product received in our warehouse in a damaged condition. In such a case, you must file a claim with the shipping company and inform us on how to proceed with the damaged product. We will keep your product for 30 days from the time the product is damaged.
How to Initiate a Return and Refund
- Send an email containing a description of the reason for the return and the item you wish to return toΒ support@thclight.comΒ .
- We will verify your email.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return approval email.
- If everything is ready, send the item you wish to return. Shipping costs will be at your expense.
- Please inform us by email of the tracking number and tracking URL after sending the item you wish to return.
- Once the returned item is received, we will inform you by email if the returned item is eligible for our return and refund policy. If so, we will issue a refund. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse to refund you.
- Please note that we do not charge a return processing fee.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your returned item is damaged in transit or does not meet return circumstances, we will reject any refund.
After confirming with you and obtaining your approval, we will process your refund, and the refund will automatically be credited back to your original credit card or payment account. Credit card payment processing takes 3β5 days, and PayPal takes 2β3 days.
Return Address
We will select the nearest return shipping address based on your location. Once your return request is confirmed, we will send you the return address. Please contact us before returning an item to receive the return shipping address and other instructions. We will not be responsible for items returned without notifying us in advance.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email atΒ support@thclight.comΒ and we will provide a solution. If we need you to return the item, we will provide the address where the item should be returned.
Damaged Goods
Any product received damaged or arriving with a missing part must be reported before installation and within 48 hours of receipt. The recipient is responsible for checking the accuracy of the merchandise and reporting any anomalies as soon as possible. We cannot accept any responsibility for any damage not reported within this timeframe. We also decline all responsibility for broken parts reported after the fixture has been installed. All damage must be reported before installation.
Please keep all packaging materials and wait until an inspection has been carried out by the shipper. If you have disposed of the packaging for the damaged item, we will not be able to proceed with any replacement. Please inspect all boxes for damage and ask the carrier to make remarks on the delivery note if such damage is visible.
Products received with broken glass or dented shades or frames are not considered defective items and cannot be returned. In such a case, we will replace the glass or shades at no extra cost. If you do not wish to receive a replacement and wish to return the item, we will consider it a normal return shipment and charge a restocking fee of up to 35%. We also reserve the right to deduct all outbound shipping costs from the refund.
Returned Item with Missing Parts
After checking your returned package and finding a part is missing, we will charge a restocking fee of up to 35% and outbound shipping fees.
Manufacturing Defects
If there is a manufacturing defect β we reserve the right to repair/fix any damaged part/glass or defect of any fixture we sell. If the defect cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
Refusing Shipments
If an order has already been shipped and you refuse to receive it, you are responsible for the costs of returning the product, any restocking fees, and outbound shipping costs.
If the product cannot be returned to the sender (e.g., if return costs exceed the value of the goods), no refund can be made in such a case.
Receiving an Incorrect Item
All shipments containing incorrectly received or wrong items must be reported to us within one week of receiving the item. We must be notified by email if the item does not match your order. We cannot accept any claims one week after the item has been received. In the event of delivery of an incorrect item,Β thclight.comΒ reserves the right to provide the correct product within a period of up to 8 weeks after receiving your email. We will pay all shipping costs to return the wrong item and provide the correct product. If you do not want an exchange, the order will be processed as a return and a restocking fee of up to 35% will be charged.
Warranty
- Excludes damage caused by accident, abuse, or negligence.
- Excludes natural aging or wear and tear of materials.
- Excludes purchases made on online auction sites.
Special Note: (The date of receipt is the time when the logistics information shows delivery)
- The warranty period for the rechargeable LED table lamp is 3 months from the date of receipt. The entire lamp is replaced free of charge, and transport costs are at your expense.
- The warranty period for LED fixtures, LED light sources, and LED drivers is 6 months from the date of receipt. Accessories are replaced free of charge, and shipping costs are at your expense.
- Other parts of LED lamps will be replaced free of charge within 2 years from the date of receipt, and shipping costs are at your expense.
- For other non-LED light source products, the warranty period is 2 years from the date of receipt. Accessories are replaced free of charge, and shipping costs are at your expense.
Order Placement
Fees will be deducted from your payment account at the time the order is placed. This protects both the buyer and the seller against fraud since the charges already appear on the credit card and the original cardholder can dispute the charges before the goods are shipped.
Cancelled or Modified Orders
If an order is cancelled or modified, we will issue a refund deducting the fees incurred by credit card payment processors such as PayPal. These fees are always non-refundable.

If you encounter a problem during the purchase process, please do not initiate a dispute on PayPal and contact us. We will handle any questions well for you.
Note: If the Hong Kong EMS shipping method is selected during the order, shipping costs will not be refunded for return refunds.
Once the customer has paid for fast shipping fees (including Hong Kong EMS, Fast Shipping, FedEx, and other fast shipping methods) if it has been shipped, the shipping fees are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees
We will charge you a restocking fee if the return period has expired or if the reason you are requesting a return during the return period is one of the following. Common scenarios include:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- The same product is available elsewhere at a better price
- Items purchased by mistake or that are no longer needed
